Agency-of-record contracts.

We do not chase RFPs, we do not pitch against other shops, we do not sign annual lock-ins. The engagement starts when the diagnostic does.

Vanity-metric programs.

Engagement rate, follower count, impressions. We do not optimize for slides. If the KPI does not connect to pipeline or CAC, it is not the KPI.
