The organic growth engine you own.

Built inside consumer startups, apps, and D2C brands. Yours after we leave.

One way in. One way it runs.

The Diagnostic

45 minutes with Don, then a decision

Book the call. If it is the right fit, we run the one-week diagnostic: unit economics, channel mix, competitive positioning. You get the file to keep. Then we decide together.

The Growth Engine

Your growth function, built and operated

Strategists, operators, analysts. Aligned to your KPIs. Not an external agency. We build on your numbers, and what we build, your team keeps.

How the embedded team works
What we decline

Who this is not for.

The own-vs-rent line is not a philosophy. It is the reason we turn down most conversations. If the goal is rented reach, rented audiences, or rented outputs that disappear when the contract does, we are the wrong room. These are the cases we decline every time.

Pre-PMF, pre-funding founders.

If you do not have a product people will pay for, no amount of marketing fixes it. We will not be the team that helps you find that out the hard way.

Paid-only mandates.

If the brief is 'scale Meta spend, do not touch organic', we are the wrong room. Renting outcomes from paid channels without building anything you own is not a growth engine. It is a dependency. When the budget cuts, so does everything you built.

Agency-of-record contracts.

We do not chase RFPs, we do not pitch against other shops, we do not sign annual lock-ins. One engagement per quarter. The engagement starts when the diagnostic does.

Engagements without senior access.

If the CEO will not be in the room, the work will not move. We do not report to middle management. We report to whoever owns the number.

Vanity-metric programs.

Engagement rate, follower count, impressions. We do not optimize for slides. If the KPI does not connect to pipeline or CAC, it is not the KPI.

White-label or anonymous work.

We do the work, we own it, our team executes it. We do not subcontract under another agency name. Either we are the room, or we are not.

Brands that want rented audiences.

If the goal is 'get us more followers', this is the wrong conversation. Followers on a platform you do not own are not an asset. Branded search demand, organic search authority, and a content engine your team runs after we leave, those you keep.

Every number on this page is a real engagement receipt, not an industry estimate. The file from the diagnostic is yours to keep whether we work together or not. That is the bet we make on our own work.

Built around your stage.

One on-ramp. Two engagement levels. The Diagnostic is the only entry below Series A. Embedded work begins at Series A and not before.

The Diagnostic, the entry
From$5Kfixed fee
vs. weeks of agency discovery for the same brief

One week. The only way in below Series A.

  • 5-day intensive diagnostic
  • Unit economics + channel-mix audit
  • Competitive positioning teardown
  • 90-day operating brief (board-ready)
  • Yours to keep, with or without an engagement
Wrong fit if You haven't raised, no product in market, or no CEO time.
Series A, embedded
From$15K/month
vs. the six-month ramp cost of a full-time VPM

The real engagement begins here.

  • Senior strategist in the seat
  • A growth engine built alongside your team
  • Organic and paid in one operating brief, not two separate briefs
  • Live attribution + board reporting
  • Knowledge transfer to your incoming VP
Wrong fit if Paid-only mandate, pre-PMF, or no direct CEO access.
Series B+, scale
From$25K/month
vs. a fractional CMO plus production bench at scale

Augmentation alongside your CMO.

  • Reports to your CMO, not around them
  • Production capacity at scale, built around your content calendar
  • Branded search + founder-led content
  • CAC-curve ownership
  • Custom pricing for portfolios + multi-brand
Wrong fit if Agency-of-record contract, RFP process, or vanity-metric KPIs.
Diagnostic. One week, fixed fee. Shapes the engagement before commitment.90-day minimum. Month-to-month after. No annual contracts. No retainers, no surprises. Scope is a sentence, billing is a number.

The engine is yours after we leave.

If your company has raised capital and needs growth it owns, the diagnostic is the first step. The file is yours to keep either way.
