What we collect. What we don't.

The short version

We don't run analytics on you. We don't resell anything. The only data we keep is what you give us when you reach out, and we keep it because we need it to reply to you.

What we collect

When you submit the inquiry form on this site, we receive: your name, email, company, website, stage, and the message you wrote. That's it. We use that information to respond to you and to evaluate whether we're the right fit for what you're building.

When you unlock The Growth Vault, we collect your first name and email and add you to a list maintained by Brevo, our email provider. You can unsubscribe from any email we send, instantly, with one click. Nothing else happens to that data.

What we don't collect

No third-party analytics scripts. No advertising pixels. No tracking cookies. No fingerprinting. We don't share anything you give us with marketing platforms because we're not running marketing platforms.

NDA default

Every conversation, every diagnostic, every engagement is treated as confidential by default. Even before a mutual NDA is signed, we treat what you share as if one were. That's a deliberate part of how we operate.

Your data, your call

You can ask us to remove your data at any time. Email donmateo@underbossmedia.com and we'll confirm deletion in writing.

If we change anything material about how we handle data, we'll update this page and date the change at the top.
