What this site is

Underboss Media is the embedded growth team for VC-backed startups. This website describes our positioning, our services, and the kind of engagements we take. It is not an offer to enter into a contract — engagements are governed by separate written agreements signed by both parties.

Use of the site

You may read this site, share its public URLs, and quote brief passages for non-commercial commentary. You may not scrape, mirror, re-host, or republish substantial portions of the content without our written consent.

Intellectual property

All wordmarks, brand assets, written content, diagrams, and code on this site are owned by Underboss Media unless explicitly attributed otherwise. The frameworks and templates in The Growth Vault remain our intellectual property even after you download them. You may use them inside your own organisation. You may not resell them or pass them off as your own work.

Results, claims, references

Numbers cited on this site (organic views, CAC reductions, search growth, etc.) are real results from real engagements. Some are from companies we own and run. Others are from clients under NDA — those are referenced anonymously and verifiable via direct reference calls under mutual NDA, by request.

Engagements

Anything we do for you is governed by the engagement letter, scope document, and any associated NDA we sign together. This website's terms do not override anything we agree to in writing for a specific engagement.

Limitation of liability

We do not warrant that this site is error-free or that anything you read here will produce a specific outcome in your business. Growth outcomes depend on the conditions of your company, not on a marketing site. Read the operating brief, talk to a reference, and decide for yourself.
