Every number here names its source. None of it can be checked from outside.
So each one says where it came from, what window it covers, and what it does not prove. Then judge us on something you can check.
Every figure on this page names the system it came from and the window it covers. None of it can be verified from outside, because no client is ever named. The one thing here you can test is what we would do with your own product.
A number without a name is worth whatever you decide it is worth.
We will not name a client, ever. That means the numbers on this page are ours to state and yours to doubt.
Why we will not
Consumer categories are small. A logo on this page tells a competitor exactly who is building what, and roughly how. That protection is theirs, and it would be yours.
What it costs us
The easiest sale in this industry is a wall of logos. We gave that up, which is why this page has to work harder than a competitor's does.
What to do about it
Stop weighing our numbers and make us produce one for you. Send a link, read the teardown, and judge the judgment rather than the receipts.
One product, two engines. We paid for the one that failed.
A dating app we built and own, so there is no client to protect and no number to round off. Same product, same window, two ways of trying to grow it.
A ten thousand person waitlist in five months, plus 18,000 Instagram and 12,000 TikTok followers. Built on roughly three to five thousand euros of production, with no paid media at all.
Roughly four thousand euros of produced and paid UGC, on the same product in the same window, converted zero users. We spent that money and got nothing back for it.
The record, and the ceiling on each number.
Source and window on every line2023 to now
Average length of engagement across clients held since 2023 and 2024, on month to month terms.
5 months, 2025
One consumer gaming company, Series A, across a five month engagement. No paid media behind any of it.
What it does not prove: This is reach, not revenue. It is what the engine produced. What the company banked is theirs to know.
5 months, 2025
YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, same engagement, same five months. The YouTube channel crossed monetisation inside the window.
During, and after the engagement ended
Search demand for the company's own name during the engagement, and where it settled once we stopped working on it.
What it does not prove: The durable half is the 2x, not the 10x. A spike while we are running it is easy. What holds after is the only part worth anything.
Portfolio average
Averaged across portfolio engagements. The best case is in there, and so is the worst.
What it does not prove: An average hides its range. Some engagements moved a lot more and some moved a lot less, and this number tells you nothing about which one you would be.
2023 to 2025
Roughly 100M in 2023, 350M in 2024 and 500M in 2025, added up across every account on the operator record.
What it does not prove: A career total across many companies. It says the work has been done at volume. It says nothing about what your company will see.
Three things we will not let you assume.
You would work these out by month two anyway. Better you have them now, while it still costs nobody anything.
No Series B reference case.
We do not hold a stage-matched Series B engagement with cost-per-customer data and post-engagement numbers. If that is the proof you need, we cannot give it to you today, and we would rather say it than let you infer depth from a page of Series A work.
Paid, faceless brands and creators are not separately evidenced.
The engine runs across all of them, and the receipts above are organic and founder-led. We are not going to hand you organic numbers as though they proved a paid or an influencer track record.
No client names. Not now, not after you sign.
It is the same protection you would be getting. Consumer categories are small, and a logo on this page tells a competitor who is building what.
The clients are anonymous. I am not.
One name answers for every number above. Findable, reachable, and wrong in public if any of them are wrong, with no agency to hide behind and no account manager to pass you to. A team runs the work. The accountability does not get shared out.
